EASYBOARD arises from the increasingly widespread to be able to manage a variety of electrical, serial ports, RS-232, RS-485, with a single device capable of supporting communication over the Ethernet network. The need for a single controller is dictated by aspects of practicality and cost.
EASYBOARD also allows to customize the relationship between the electrical variables so as to be able to personalize, in the same way as a PLC, the requirements by industrial automation devices. The multidimensional nature of the electric stand allows you to easily create actuators, converters, protocol encapsulators, and the more disparate devices which may be required in the eld of automation and control. It comes with all the software needed to convert analog or digital signals of type ON/OFF, rather than implement closures fully congurable relays. EASYBOARD consists of 7 photo-coupled input, 7 output "dry contact" by means of relays, 8 analog inputs, 1 serial port RS-232, 1 Ethernet port 10/100 with HTTP/SNMP. The 8 analog inputs allow you to convert electrical values between 0 and 5 V 16-bit digitally representing them.
EASYBOARD also allows easy management through the use of the display and keyboard. The operator can easily scroll through the menu without necessarily using your PC or, if preferred, with the latter via an advanced web interface 100% compatible with any OS. The technology used in EASYBOARD is completely digital, making the apparatus particularly reliable in terms of precision and repeatability, eliminating the drawbacks associated with the traditional analog approach.
EASYBOARD is optionally equipped with a power supply in double rescue. AC and backup battery in fact guarantee the operational continuity of the apparatus without interruptions.
